In 2005, Gencom in conjunction with the Whitehall Real-Estate Fund and Highgate Holdings, acquired a portfolio of 23 hotels from Wyndham International. To date, the partnership has disposed of 12 of the hotels in the portfolio, refinanced the original debt, and returned a multiple of the partnership’s initial investment into the portfolio.
